The Pantry Book

a notebook of homekeeping, crafts, and professional motherhood

Upcycled pot holders

A friend from church was having a bridal shower, so I decided to make a gift (with some other items too). I used a floral fabric I got from my mamma in Texas and the wool tweed was scrap from a men’s blazer I had laying around (from Goodwill in CT). I used the pocket portion and kept them intact to be the pocket for the hands in the potholder.

Hi! I'm Nicole and this "pantry book" is my notebook of homekeeping, crafts, and professional motherhood. Stay awhile to join me and my family on our journey of eucharisteo (radical gratitude) in the midst of life and loving our amazing Everett, our two-year-old son who lost over half of his brain in a stroke.
