I will definitely make a lactofermented dip to accompany these veggies!

We are hosting Thanksgiving this year with Derm Dad’s parents and my mom (Mimi). It will be another Nourishing Traditions Thanksgiving! Check out what we served last year HERE.

Hi! I'm Nicole and this "pantry book" is my notebook of homekeeping, crafts, and professional motherhood. Stay awhile to join me and my family on our journey of eucharisteo (radical gratitude) in the midst of life and loving our amazing Everett, our two-year-old son who lost over half of his brain in a stroke.

  1. I am not sure what lactofermented means, but I have a simple but yummy onion dip you can make with plain greek yogurt (or sour cream). :)
